Raiding My Sister's Closet -- One outfit: Accessorized 3 ways

Tuesday, August 6, 2013

Adam and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary was this weekend and Adam gave me this darling chambray shirt from J. Crew (Go Adam! I have been hankering after one for a year or so).  I was planning on using a different shirt for this post, but I liked this one so much I decided that because most everyone has one, that it might apply to many of your closets.  Obviously, my base for this outfit is a chambray shirt and black skinny jeans.  After that, I had a fun time messing around with stuff in my closet to coordinate.  I am stupidly proud of the middle picture... probably because, for once in my life, I am kind of giving off a Victoria Beckham vibe.

Left:  chambray shirt: j. crew // scarf: forever 21 // pants: old navy, thrifted from plato's closet (similar) // wedges: zara // earrings: gift // purse: kate spade (similar)
Middle:  chambray shirt: j. crew // polka dot top: h&m (similar) // pants: old navy, thrifted from plato's closet (similar) // shoes: zara (similar) // pearls: amazon // purse: kate spade (similar)
Right:  chambray shirt: j. crew // sweater: anthropologie // necklace: francesca's // belt: target // pants: old navy, thrifted from plato's closet (similar) // shoes: zara (similar) // purse: kate spade (similar)

  3. I love the way you styled the chambray in three ways!! I think chambray is one of the best pieces in the closet because you can really style it in many ways :)

  4. Making it from scratch, there's the making the meat sauce, and the white sauce and layering it up and cooking it. electricsmokerzone.com/
