The challenge was to plan outfits for a day at the Aria Hotel. If you haven't check out the Aria, it is a relatively new and gorgeous hotel! I have actually never visited this particular hotel because it opened after I moved away, but looking at the photos definitely makes me want to! So without further ado, a day at the Aria, and some rockin' awesome clothes to wear!
A morning at the pool: I love going to the pool in the morning when it is less crowded and the sun is a little weaker. Vegas in the summer is HOT! Between 95 - 110 degrees Fahrenheit for much of the summer and never falls below about 85 degrees even during the night, so a morning at the pool is perfect to avoid the really hot hours and burning deck. Of course you need to pack sunglasses and a hat is never amiss at the pool!

Next up it is time to shower, change and grab lunch! There is a fun looking pizza place called Five50, so snag a bite there, then off for some shopping at the Aria Shops. I love the idea of a sleek and cool look for summer. This blouse is feminine with the lovely detailing around the neck, and pair it with some fun wedges, jewelry and white jeans and you get a classy, fresh look that totally fits in the with the modern cool of the Aria.

Evening is one of the best times to be out in Vegas, because so many people dress up and are out. There is always so much energy on the strip in the evening. For my evening out, I would choose to eat dinner at Javier's Restaurant, which serves Mexican food in a gorgeous setting (I am a sucker for Mexican food!), and then off to see the Cirque Du Soleil's Zarkana. I have seen 2 Cirque shows in Vegas, and both blew me away! They were so well planned out, and the acrobatic talent was incredible!
Here is my take on what I would want to wear out for a night on the town. A tasteful but eye-catching dress, pretty heels that won't render you a cripple tomorrow and some coordinating accessories.
